Q. How do I sign up?

A. Click on the “register” link on the top right of your screen and follow the instructions on the page. It’s that simple!

Q. Can anyone join firstwivesworld?
|
A. Absolutely! firstwivesworld’s doors are open to anyone, regardless of race, creed, sexual orientation or even gender.

Q. What if I forgot my login password?
|
A. Follow the “Request New Password” link on the left of the screen, below the login fields. You’ll be asked to input your username or your email address. Do that, and you’ll shortly receive an email directing you towards your new password.

Q. When I register, will my information be given to spammers and other third parties?

Q. How do you play the videos?
|
A. All of the videos on firstwivesworld are Flash videos. If you’re not automatically given the option to play a video when you click on it, most likely you need to download Flash. Don’t worry, it’s easy. click here

Q. How do I comment on posts?
|
A. At the bottom of every post it says, “add new comment.” Click on the one directly below the post you’d like to comment on. You’ll be given the option to enter your comment and its subject.

Q. Why was my comment removed?
|
A. In the effort to keep firstwivesworld a comfortable place for everyone, we try to maintain a level of cleanliness in the comments. If your comment was removed, it probably was because it was spam, off-topic, rude or just not nice.

Q. What is this?
|
A. That’s the RSS, or newsfeed, icon, and it can be seen at the bottom of certain pages.. Click on it to subscribe to the newsfeed from that page. There are many free news feed readers, such as Google Reader and NewsGator, and it’s a great and easy way to stay in the loop!

Q. What are bookmarks?
|
A. When you highlight “bookmarks” below each post, “delicious,” “digg,” “Google” and “Yahoo” appear. These are social book marking sites, and when you bookmark a post using one of these four services, it marks it for later so you can visit it again. These sites also share your bookmarks with others, allowing them to see what posts are considered significant. In firstwivesworld, you can bookmark nearly anything.
